A compassionate, non-judgemental approach

I am an expert in treating trauma and anxiety. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), have advanced training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and am committed to incorporating mindfulness and somatic body work into therapy.
